Lauren Harbart (she/her)
Lauren first started working with dogs and cats in 2017 when she began volunteering at a local animal shelter. Her time as a volunteer was spent socializing with the animals and learning how to best interact with them. She hired in as full time staff, and during her 3 years of employment took an interest in behavior cases and positive reinforcement training for both dogs and cats.

In late 2020, Lauren went back to volunteering in shelters and opened Petology Training with a goal of helping to keep pets in homes, and to help new adopters thrive.
Lauren is an active volunteer with Dog Aide and Teacher's pet, and she fosters kittens for Ferndale Cat Shelter. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside, reading, painting, and spending quality time with her cats and Cashew (pictured to the left)
